What are your hours of operation?
    Tuesday - Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm
    Sunday 10:00am – 1:00pm
    How do I track my order?
      You will receive your tracking information via email. Be mindful that confirmation and tracking communications sometimes wind up spam or junk mailboxes. If you are still having trouble, feel free to reach out to Ralph, personally. 
      How and when do I fill out my consultation form?
        The consultation form will be filled out during your visit. Ralph will be able to assist with any questions at that time, as well!

          We are located at 3325 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd suite 210 Durham 27707
          What is the estimated time of delivery for my order?
            We ship via USPS; the typical delivery time is 2-4 days depending on your location. Please let us know if it does not arrive on time and we’ll investigate it for you.
            How long is the consultation?
              Usually our consultations take around 30 minutes.
              Do I have to do a consultation every time I book an appointment?
                No, a consultation is not needed at every appointment, only for first time visitors and/or clients that haven’t been serviced three or more months.
                Can I reschedule my facial online?
                  Yes, your service can be rescheduled, please email us at skinwithralphcole@gmail.com with the subject line “reschedule” and we’ll move forward with the next steps.
                  I’d like a refund/exchange for my [t-shirt/sweater] how do I do that?
                    At this time, all sale are final. Soon we’ll implement a refund policy suitable for our clients.
