We ship via USPS; the typical delivery time is 2-4 days depending on your location. Please let us know if it does not arrive on time and we’ll investigate it for you.

No, a consultation is not needed at every appointment, only for first time visitors and/or clients that haven’t been serviced three or more months.
Yes, your service can be rescheduled, please email us email@example.com with the subject line “reschedule” and we’ll move forward with the next steps.
